Grind and prepare
We mechanically grind the slab with dust-controlled equipment so the coating can bond the right way — not a quick acid wash.
Repair the concrete
Normal cracks, joints, and surface repairs are addressed before any coating goes down, as defined in your project agreement.
Coat and broadcast flake
We apply the basecoat and a full decorative flake broadcast, then finish with a polyaspartic topcoat for a durable garage finish.
Finished floor
You get a cleaner, stronger, better-looking garage floor — ready for daily use after the curing window we provide.
Exterior Foundation Painting & Restoration
